Q: Where is the venue located? A: We’re located in the heart of downtown Mart, Texas, at [insert address]. Just minutes from Waco, our venue combines rustic Texas charm with modern amenities for weddings, receptions, reunions, and community gatherings. Q: What types of events do you host? A: We host weddings, receptions, private dinners, corporate events, birthday parties, baby showers, reunions, community meetings, pop-up markets, and live music nights. If you can dream it, we can host it. Q: How do I schedule a tour? A: You can schedule a private tour by calling [phone number] or emailing [email address]. Walk-throughs are available by appointment Tuesday–Saturday.

Q: How do I reserve my date? A: A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to secure your date. Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? A: We accept cash, check, credit/debit card, and digital payment options like Cash App or Square.

Q: Is a deposit required? A: Yes — a [percentage, e.g., 50%] non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your date. The remaining balance is due [14 days] before your event.

Q: Do you require a security deposit? A: A non-refundable security deposit of $500 may be required to cover potential damages or overtime.

Q: When can I start setting up for my event? A: Setup and teardown times depend on your rental package. Most packages include 1 hour before and 1 hour after the event for setup and cleanup. Q: Can I bring my own decorations? A: Absolutely! You’re welcome to decorate to match your vision. We just ask that you avoid nails, tape on painted walls, confetti, or open flames unless approved. Q: Do you provide tables, chairs, or linens? A: Yes! Standard tables and chairs are included in your rental. Linens, décor packages, and other add-ons are available upon request.

Q: Can we bring our own caterer or food? A: Yes, outside catering is welcome, or you can choose one of our recommended local vendors, including Victorian’s Barbecue for authentic Texas BBQ catering. Q: Is alcohol allowed? A: Yes, alcohol is allowed with a licensed bartender present. For events with over 100 people, an officer must be present at the renter's cost. If you’re selling alcohol, a temporary TABC permit will be required. Q: Do you have a preferred vendor list? A: We do! From caterers and florists to DJs and photographers, we can connect you with trusted local professionals.

Q: Can I bring my own DJ or band? A: Absolutely. We have the space and power hookups for live bands or DJs. Sound restrictions apply after 12 am.

Q: Do you provide a sound system or projector? A: No — basic audio and visual equipment are available upon request.

Q: Is Wi-Fi available? A: Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is included for all guests.

Q: Is there parking available? A: Yes, we have free on-site parking and overflow parking nearby for larger events.

Q: Is the venue wheelchair accessible? A: Yes, the venue is fully accessible, including restrooms and entrances.

Q: Who handles cleanup? A: Basic cleanup (trash removal, sweeping, etc.) is the renter’s responsibility.

Q: What happens if something is damaged? A: Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from your security deposit and any additional damage cost must be rectified by the renter.
